Review of Action Items

• Sankar ask Jan how to monitor for thread pool stats (issue 6292)

V3 Prelude deliverables HCF (30Sep08)

Rajeshwar is working on reducing the sizes of the distributions that the installer uses.

Update by QA, Documentation and Development Teams

QA:

• QA started testing the HCF builds on various operating systems: OpenSolaris(TM), Solaris(TM), Linux, MacOS, Windows.
• The regression test suite for v2 is being updated to run on v3 Prelude. While the update is in progress, the tests are being run manually.
• QA should continue to file bugs for fixing in the next release. Serious issues can be addressed through the v3 Prelude bug swatting process.

Development:

• Sreeni has fixed all HCF bugs. He is reviewing the Admin Guide and the Add-On Dev Guide doc plan. TOI and starting work on plan for next release.
• Nandini is fixing a security bug that is related to anonymous asadmin login. Fix would be targeted for next release.
• Prashanth is working on P2 issue 6504 and P3 issue 6503, which might be related. He is asking for the fixes to be allowed for v3 Prelude.

Documentation:

• • Administration Guide.* Final review officially ends today. Dixie will send a reminder to the alias.
  • Add-On Component Development Guide.* Paul will contact Sreeni for information that is related to sections about the asadmin utility and monitoring.
