Discussion Summary:

• Thanks to Paul for presenting the summary of his recent doc. plan meeting and the pointers.

• Sreeni informed that based on discussion with Sridatta, the freeze date for bundled docs would be 27jan07.

• Paul to confirm the date for unbundled docs which will be after 27jan07.

• Paul would find out and let the iTeam know about the location of documents which will be used for review and providing feedback.

• Kedar suggested to have a doc. meeting among Sridatta, Paul and Kedar to discuss specific issues related to admin and profiles, including content and distribution.

• Discussion need to be continued at the next meeting for the following:
  • Review of complete/changed man pages. QA prefers to review the changed documentation while Dev. wants the complete doc. to be reviewed for accuracy.
  • Better procedure to report and track minor documentation bugs. QA wants to file bugs for better tracking and Doc. wants it to be reported via email as it can be taken care easily.
