Files and Translators

1. src/sun/IASMTi18n.properties is huge and have common entries that exists in other files. So let's do the other files first and then reuse those translations and do this huge file at last.
2. Files should be converted to ASCII format using native2ascii before commit. However, for our convenience, attach UTF-8 encoded files to this wiki if you are done with some files and ask people to review.
3. Use SunGloss as a terminology reference.
4. SunGloss exported text file is available. It is convenient to use this together with OmegaT.
5. Translating comments is not necessary.
