Meeting minutes 03/23/10

1. The v3.1 road map will be announced to the public this Thursday. And we will discuss more detailed timelines once the dates are known.

2. Alexis will work with Jerome Petit to announce some news about this project to the community in the near future.

3. Serli will provide the user scenarios document for review by next meeting. And later we should revise the original one pager, combined with the user scenarios document to produce the functional spec for this feature.

4. Next week's meeting will be back to the normal time: 9 am PT/ 6 pm Paris time. And we might decide to change meeting schedule after next week (bi-weekly? on-demand?) as most of the technical discussions will be done through email exchanges.
