Meeting minutes 03/30/10

1. Discussed the proposed timelines/deliverables. Serli will add more details under "Development Phase" to the draft that Hong has posted on the wiki.

2. We will continue doing the technical side of the discussions through emails. Serli will post the User Scenario Document on the wiki once the discussion is finished and the comments are incorporated.

3. As most of the discussions will be done through email and considering the time zone differences, we will have meeting on demand from now on. Anyone who wants to call a meeting should send the request along with the agenda item(s) by the previous Friday.
