Where is the bin directory and 'asadmin'?

This FAQ entry is targeted at the GlassFish JAR bundle.

Because there are multiple profiles, simply extracting the jar file is not enough to start the application server. The appropriate configuration script must be run to setup either the developer or cluster profile. To do this, follow 3 and 4 on the GlassFish download page.
