FishCAT Gold

Ever wonder if ABC framework or XYZ application works in GlassFish 3.0.x or GlassFish 2.1.x or just works on JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic ?
Spend half a day testing and googling if it works on your production GlassFish and you waste time and money.
FishCAT Gold attempts to solve this issue.

The aim is to provide sample prototypes for GlassFish (and others) to test new versions of containers with third party libraries i.e. remain compatible and ensuring application longevity

FishCAT Gold members

FishCAT gold is a community driven program that seeks to test applications on frameworks on the current production versions of GlassFish and publish the invaluable results back to the community.

How community members get rewarded for their contributions

GlassFish Gold members enjoy a special place FishCAT and their name is clearly published against the framework / application they are testing. FishCAT Gold members can either be a member of the core development community of the framework / application or just be someone from the community.

Coding guidelines

1. Please provide a Maven 2.x project
2. The simpler the prototype the better
3. Please avoid using excessive third party libraries.
4. Have fun and remember there is no 'right' solution.
5. Check in your code into a repository and attach a link here
6. Please don't use non-final libraries or snapshots
