GlassFish v3 is available in two main distributions, the community distribution from GlassFish.org and the Sun distribution (GF v3 page, JavaEE 6 hub, downloads).

The front pages for GlassFish.org redirect to GF.java.net, are a bit brittle and are unavailable right now (Dec 10th, 11:43am PT). The download pages for GlassFish.org are hosted in the same high-end infrastructure as the Sun distribution and are fully available.
