Doc:
- Rajeev said doc is posted for review
- Anissa asked for the doc link for 9.1 under docs.sun.com
QA Resource:
- Informed the group that Li Wang, the QA lead for Admin GUI has resigned.
- Mike mentioned that Larry Southern is doing the QA testing for the JBI screens.
- All new JBI screens will be tested by the JBI team. Will not take up resource from the core GUI QA team.
UR1 bugs
- JBI tasks is divided into several Milestone.
- MS2 and MS3 is towards 9.1 UR1
- MS4 is targeted for 9.1.1
- 9.2 UR1 changes should be done by end of month.
- For UR1 release, help screen for the new pages will need to be integrated, to TOC as well.
- Mike will be holding weekly meeting between Doc, QA and their developers.
- Agreed that code review will be sent to admin@glassfish alias for those change into UR1 branch.
- code review is needed only within the JBI team for those changes to 9.1.1
Misc
- Steve wants feedback on integrating with Woodstock components.
- Woodstock components good enough for building SWAED compliant screens.
- There isn't really a good tool to build 'real' application with these components.
- ideal is to have a high level tool to provide a template for building a SWAED compliance web console.
Meeting time
- Seems to be a need to change the meeting time. 8AM PDT is not convenient for several people.
- Need to be either early morning or late evening for docs team in IEC
- Will try 7:30 PM PDT starting from 9/11 and see how it goes.
