As part of our exit review development engineers are required to ensure that all P1, P2, P3 bugs are evaluated and targeted for a particular release, such as 9.1 Update 1 or another release. The current bug list can be seen from the 9.1 Update 1 Glassfish page .

Bugs on the bugscrub list have the following criteria:

• P1, P2 ,P3 bugs
• Bugs that are in the "UNCONFIRMED" , "NEW" or "STARTED" states
• Bugs that don't have a "Target milestone" of "V3"
• Bugs that don't have the value "as91ur1-na" in Status Whiteboard

All other bugs should already be evaluated. If the responsible owners do not consider these bugs evaluated, please evaluate them and communicate this fact to Mark Basler and Shreedhar Ganapathy. If the bugs deemed as "evaluated" haven't been sent for consideration into 9.1 Update 1, then it is assumed that they aren't "must have" bugs and aren't relevant to this release.
To remove bugs from the bugscrub list, perform one the following options:

• A) Evaluate the Bug
  • Add an evaluation
  • Change the status from the default initial value. If the bug is in the "UNCONFIRMED" state, move it to "NEW"
  • Add a hook to confirm that the bug doesn't pertain to 9.1 Update 1. Add "as91ur1-na" to "Status whiteboard". If another value exists in the field, use a comma as a delimiter.

• B) Change the bug version, change the "Target milestone" to "V3"

• C) Close the bug with appropriate reason

• D) Re-prioritize the bug to P4 or P5 with appropriate justification

NOTE: In your evaluation, please don't just update the hook field.
