SailFin Umbrella Spec: Action Items from the Asarch review

1. Add netbeans pluggability in the architecture picture.
2. Clarify upgrading from GF to SailFin.
3. Add a section to explain what is in 9.1.1 and what is not in 9.1.1
4. Make sure that JSR 77 heirarchy is covered in admin spec.
5. Clarify update center usage in sailfin.
