GlassFish v3 Community Docs Meeting January 7, 2010 Attendees Dixie, Gail, Kim, Paul Minutes

- Happy New Year! Short meeting and no real agenda items today; just a chance to reconnect in the new year.
- Doc refresh planned for end of January or early February.
- Check bug list; make fixes in docs if necessary (for instance, bugs that were pushed to the v3.1 release because there wasn't time to fix them for v3, etc.).
- If making changes in v3 docs that are being localized (believed to be Admin Guide and Release Notes; Paul to verify), make G11n team aware of the work that's been done. Specifically:
- Indicate which sections have changed, either by using the change tracking feature of Epic, or by itemizing the changes in a README file in the book's Meta directory.
- Send email to the G11n alias to notify G11n that an updated doc is available in pubstool for translation (contact Paul for details).
