Meeting Notes

1. Review of AIs
   • • Paul:* Determine whether a 'half-pager' will be written for all features that are to be ported forward from GF v2.
       Complete: Abhijit has confirmed that all features in v3 (including features that are to be ported forward from GF v2) will appear in the v3 list of functional specifications.
       However, to double check, Paul has agreed to a new AI: Cross-check the v3 list of functional specifications against the list of features in the v2 documentation.
2. Reassignments
   The reassignments are recorded as follows:
   • Features without an owner - on the documentation status page
   • Books without an owner - in the list of books in the documenation plan
3. Progress on writing assignments by feature
   Update milestones and status as you go.
4. Bug Status
   • Bug status back on the agenda; we'll look at the queries in future meetings.
   • Try to stay on top of your bugs as you get into content development work.
   • Some bugs might need to be reassigned because of recent staffing changes.
     AI - Paul: Examine the list of outstanding documentation issues and reassign any issues that are affected by recent staffing changes.
5. Open mic
   Eric asked if any information about possible schedule changes is available. Answer: None yet.
