Done. The information can be added to the v3 JavaOne 2009 EA Statement of Work section of the man-page plan.

Done. The date is May 4. \
2. Updated schedules From the GlassFish v3 Schedule, the doc milestones are as follows:
- Feature Doc Plans Complete: April 17
- JavaOne EA Release soft code freeze (SCF): April 20
- JavaOne EA Release HCF/Bundled Doc Freeze: May 4

- RR HCF/Bundled Doc Freeze: August 24
- RR Unbundled Doc Freeze: September 25
- RR: September 29
Doc priorities for EA:
- Bundled docs
- Sample docs
- Best effort on the rest
Discussed how to best determine the feature set for EA. AI - All: Send Paul the list of features you have questions about for EA (in or out?) and also v3 Final (in or out?) and he'll follow up with engineering. (In a subsequent e-mail, Paul also pointed to the Milestone 2 page as a source of feature information.) Also discussed Administration Reference book. If we can't get the necessary support from engineering the book will be dropped. We have plenty to do and can't waste cycles chasing information. \ 3. Progress on writing assignments by feature
- Went through the status page feature by feature.
- Lots of discussion, status, and updates. Best to listen to the recording for complete details:
- Dial 877.471.6587 or 402.970.2667
- Enter 1063899434068 as the program ID
- Press 7 to rewind 30 seconds, 8 to pause, and 9 to fast forward 30 seconds
- Discussed new scripting book. June and Devika to discuss and send details to Paul.
\
4. Bug status
- Standing item. We'll spend more time on this once writing begins in earnest and as we approach milestones.
- Keep on top of your bugs as you work on your docs.
\
5. Open mic
- June offered to help with task analysis meetings (if you need a recorder, advice, etc.), as did Dixie.
- One key is to keep the discussion focused on user tasks, not implementation details.
