Meeting Notes 1. Review of AIs - Paul

- Paul:* Investigate how Update Center 2.0 will work for v3. NO PROGRESS - SOON (needs info for the Release Notes)
- June:* Contact Groovy and Grails SMEs and schedule the TA session. NO PROGRESS
- Paul:* Doublecheck the validity of assumptions about Grizzly before eliminating the TA altogether. NO PROGRESS
- Paul:* Determine when TP2 unbundled deliverables are actually due. SOME PROGRESS (probably due around May 1st)
- Paul:* Create a wiki page and add ideas to it for quality improvement measures for the v3 doc set. NO PROGRESS

- Quick Start Guide book and HTML - Scott:* 6th draft out for review; received a few minor comments; scripting story needs work; mostly done except for a few links that are TBD

- Administration Guide - Dixie:* Not in attendance; draft sent out for review 4/16

- Developer's Guide - June:* Making progress; surprised about the number of classloader changes in TP2 (discovered via Tech Talk)

- Application Deployment Guide - June:* Working on it; guide has become very short

- Man Pages - Paul:* TP2 man pages done; delivered into build on 4/15; built the book and checked it in to PubsTool

- Admin GUI Console Online Help - Paul/Hanan:* Hanan handed the Help off; it got checked in; she reorganized the Help and commented out content that's not for TP2; continues to work on improvements even though those changes will most likely not go into TP2

- Please update Link Manager with contents of your books so other writers can link to them.
- Admin Console still says Sun Java System instead of GlassFish; this is wrong, engineering knows about it, and conversations are underway about getting it fixed; be aware of this for TP2 deliverables
