1. Review of AIs - Paul

- Paul:* Find out if TP2 is going to be turned into an FCS-quality developer release. IN PROGRESS - nothing definitive yet
- Paul:* Start a SolBook rules page. IN PROGRESS - incorporating comments
- Paul:* Create a wiki page and add ideas to it for quality improvement measures for the v3 doc set. IN PROGRESS - will convert notes to wiki page

Need to resume TA sessions as we move from TP2 to other v3 milestones
Need to conduct sessions for new features and also for existing features
Discussion about next steps, how to identify sessions, who should do what, etc.
AIs:
- Paul: Look at list of new features and propagate into the TA table
- Book owners: Look through your book(s), identify brainstorming sessions that would affect your docs, send list to Paul
Of the tasks we've identified, need to record which ones we've documented. AI - Book owners: Add a link from the task page to the documentation in the doc set. If the task isn't going to be doc'd because it's out of scope, mark it as such; if the task is something we're going to doc but just haven't gotten to yet, leave as-is; we'll assess later whether items should be moved to the doc wish list

3. Status of deliverables:

June might update the Dev Guide with classloaders content and the EJB 3.1 feature
Jennifer needs to update the JRuby book
Install instructions, Quick Start, and welcome page will be updated (Paul and Scott will update the install instructions and Quick Start respectively and hand off to Gail; Gail will update the welcome page and check all pages in at the appropriate time)
Scott will update the Quick Start screencast

4. Quality improvement measures for the v3 doc set
Revisit after wiki page is created
