  • Paul: Pluggability session scheduled for Friday 8/22; June will serve as recorder; all are welcome

  • Release Notes - Paul: Not started
  • Quick Start Guide book and HTML - SueAnn:
  • Quick Start Guide screencast - SueAnn:
  • Administration Guide - Dixie: Version out for review
  • Developer's Guide - June: Going through web tier-related content that needs to be added
  • Application Deployment Guide - June: Nothing new; minimally affected for Prelude
  • Administration Reference - June: Working with Kedar to get info
  • Man Pages - Paul: Nothing changed since TP2; blocked while waiting for info; has been asked to remove options that aren't going to be supported in Prelude; needs to be done by HCF; assessing that request and the ability to meet it
  • RESTful Web Services Developer's Guide - Debbie:
  • jMaki Application Developer's Guide - Jennifer:

  • Regarding doc bugs: Follow the link on the main GF v3 doc meetings page to the Issue Tracker query; if you see something that obviously belongs to you assign it to yourself and work on it; Paul will also see if there's anything he needs to forward on or fix himself
  • AI - Paul: Go through the bugs and separate issues by bundled docs versus unbundled docs
  • Update from Ian: GlassFish docs have been successfully published to the IPS package repository
