1. Review of AIs

  • Paul: Go through the bugs and separate issues by bundled docs versus unbundled docs. Done

2. Status of Glass Fish v3 User Task Analyses

  • Paul: Conducted the pluggability session and wrote up the TA
  • June: Attempted to convene a Groovy/Grails session but wasn't successful; received pointers to good information in blogs, etc. and will incorporate some of that into her draft; will add more detail later

3. Status of deliverables

  • Release Notes - Paul: SueAnn will be taking these over
  • Quick Start Guide book and HTML - SueAnn: In progress
  • Quick Start Guide screencast - SueAnn: In progress
  • Administration Guide - Dixie: Adding plugin info, now that she knows what the tasks are and where that content goes
  • Developer's Guide - June: Making progress on the transaction chapter; adding basic Groovy/Grails content
  • Application Deployment Guide - June: Nothing new; minimally affected for Prelude
  • Administration Reference - June: Got info from Kedar; will work on that next week
  • Man Pages - Paul: Now has info he needs to move forward; has identified what needs to be done (listed in the man pages plan); mentioned a task related to logging that probably needs to be added to the Admin Guide (done using the CLI and text editors)
  • RESTful Web Services Developer's Guide - Debbie:

  • Admin GUI Console Online Help - Paul: Got changes from Olga; ran into issues when getting ready to check help in on Tuesday

4. Doc Bugs

  • Went through the doc bugs (accessed from the links on the main meeting page)
  • Most of the bugs in the online help should be fixed in the next delivery
  • Discussion about 3 bugs assigned to June; she'll investigate; these most likely are related to an issue with old docs lingering on the java.net site, which Gail is also investigating
