  1. Review of AIs
    • No updates.
  2. Progress on writing assignments by feature
    • Status of AMX and Gmbal unknown. Not a critical part of the user experience. June to discuss with Dixie and Paul.
    • Dixie getting excellent participation and reviews for her man pages. Making many revisions based on review feedback. Discovering that many owners are different from what's listed in the man page doc plan. Dixie to share this ownership information with Paul.
    • Need to change Verifier information on the v2 features page (done). Verifier command is out for v3. Verifier option of the deploy command is in for v3. June and Dixie to revisit this in the App Dev Guide and App Deployment Guide, respectively.
    • Gail revisiting Java EE Service Engine spec and work.
    • June received great reviews from Tim for the ACC Client man pages.
    • Kim received great reviews from Satish for the JMS man pages. Will follow up regarding whether the properties for JMS destinations should be doc'd in the man pages. The Admin Console allows you to specify many of these using the page for creating a physical JMS destination.
  3. Bug status
    • Not discussed in detail.
    • Keep an eye on your bugs as you work on your docs. We'll be looking at individual bug lists more closely as we get closer to HCF.
  4. FishCAT
    • FishCAT starts soon; doc reviews are again an important part of the program.
    • Expect the FishCAT dates to be 9/24-10/9.
    • Hope to get online help integrated for b65 so reviewers can review and test.
    • Hope to have latest Reference Manual available for reviews (a lot of work has been happening on man pages over the last month or so; it would be great to make this available and visible to FishCAT reviewers).

    • Mentioned discussion related to Error Message Reference on the dev alias.
