1. Review of AIs

    • Paul:* Investigate what the complete and definitive list of add-on components available for v3 Prelude update tool is going to be and update the doc plan accordingly to indicate the doc requirements for each add-on component. In progress; found info.
    • Paul:* Determine the correct terminology for add-on components. Not started; additional discussion at meeting.
    • Paul*: Add GlassFish v3 Prelude Welcome Page to the list of deliverables whose status is monitored. Done.
    • Jennifer:* Provide a summary to Paul of work remaining on the jRuby and jMaki guides for GlassFish v3 Prelude. Done; handed off to Deyvika.

  • Release Notes - SueAnn: Working on them.
  • Quick Start Guide book and HTML - SueAnn: Supposed to be finished by tomorrow; SMEs still need to answer questions/provide input.
  • Quick Start Guide screencast - SueAnn: Nothing new to report.
  • Administration Guide - Dixie: Working on Monitoring content.
  • Developer's Guide - June: Working on issues filed by FishCAT reviewers.
  • Application Deployment Guide - June: Stuck; unable to get info from Kedar.
  • Administration Reference - June: Making minor improvements.
  • Man Pages - Paul: Finally determined where these should go; working through bugs filed against man pages; 2 bugs left/fixing those now.
  • RESTful Web Services Developer's Guide - Debbie: Having trouble; can't install GF on either of her computers; figuring out solutions.
  • jMaki Application Developer's Guide - Devika: Taking this over from Jennifer.
  • JRuby Application Developer's Guide - Devika: Taking this over from Jennifer.
  • Admin GUI Console Online Help - Paul: Investigating issues.
  • Bundled HTML Pages - Paul: Fixing issues.
  • Installation Guide - SueAnn: Nothing new to report.
