1. Review of AIs
   • • Paul:* Determine the URL to API docs for the GlassFish packages and update Prefaces accordingly.
       In progress. Paul sent reminder to Jane Young today (10/29) regarding URL for GlassFish v3 packages.
2. Progress on writing assignments by feature
   • Not discussed.
3. Bug status
   • In good shape
   • Keep an eye on your bugs as we hone in on HCF
   • Deadline for bundled doc putbacks for HCF is Friday 11/6
   • Paul will do another integration before then; do a putback by end of day Friday 10/30 for anything you want to get in
   • Reference Manual will be updated early next week
4. Open mic
   • Please update the titles of your books. Remove Preview and update the Link Manager database. Preview is still appearing in book titles in cross-references.
   • No meeting next week due to HCF and related tasks. Paul will keep tracking the bug list and so on. Use email to raise and resolve any issues that come up before our next meeting.
