Minutes

1. Review of AIs
   • • Paul:* Determine the URL to API docs for the GlassFish packages and update Prefaces accordingly.
       In progress. Paul sent reminder to Jane Young 10/29 regarding URL for GlassFish v3 packages. Will ping her again soon. We need a pointer to Javadocs for packages that are not part of the Java EE 6 spec but are part of the GlassFish v3 product.
2. Progress on writing assignments by feature
   • Not discussed.
   • Next week will start tracking progress by writer and document (not necessarily by feature at this late date). Will ask for status report from each writer.
   • Deadline for submission of unbundled docs to production is 12/8.
3. Bug status
   • Did a good job on the bundled doc bugs.
   • Still addressing just a few OLH bugs that came in as the result of late-breaking engineering changes to the GUI.
   • Kim to work with Paul on getting those fixes approved and integrated by end of week. Will let Paul know by COB 11/13 where things stand and what's required. One thing Jane needs if she's doing an integration is information that will help her know if her integration succeeded (text changes to look for that will tell her she's seeing the right version, etc.).
   • We should now turn our attention to unbundled doc bugs, most of which are currently issues for the Release Notes.
   • Check your list of bugs and fix as you go.
4. Open mic
   • Brief discussion about Upgrade Guide.
