Meeting Notes 1. Review of AIs

- Paul:* Cross-check the v3 list of functional specifications against the list of features in the v2 documentation.
Not started.
2/26 Update: Not started due to replanning that is currently underway; priorities should be clearer next week.
- Paul:* Examine the list of outstanding documentation issues and reassign any issues that are affected by recent staffing changes.
Done.
- All:* Set up RSS feeds for pages that you own using your favorite reader (Thunderbird, which has good notification capabilities; Google Reader, etc.).
In Progress: Thunderbird instructions are available.
2/26 Update: Can't set up feeds for individual pages using Thunderbird; set it up for the entire GF wiki.

2. Progress on writing assignments by feature
- Thanks for adding status to the page.
- Let Paul know if you encounter blocking issues and he'll help move things along.

3. Bug status
- Keep on top of your bugs as you start content development work.
- We'll be tracking these more closely as we get closer to milestones.

4. Open mic
- Is there a place to record status for books, not just features? Something to consider. Don't want the process of tracking all this to be too onerous.
- Discussion about updates to Application Deployment Guide and SailFin. AI - June: June to let Dixie know when she's done making changes to App Deployment Guide and ready to hand it off.
- Need to discuss issues related to web services content; will do so at next week's meeting. AI - June: Send list of names to Paul and summary of issues in preparation for the discussion.
