1. Review of AIs:
   • • Paul:* Cross-check the v3 list of functional specifications against the list of features in the v2 documentation.
       In progress, expected to be done by next week. Paul is compiling a list of v2 features whose status with respect to v3 is uncertain.
     • All by April 9* Send Paul the list of features you have questions about for EA (in or out?) and also v3 Final (in or out?). Or update the list of v2 features whose status with respect to v3 is uncertain.
       In progress, expected to be done by next week.
     • Paul:* Verify EOL process for features that are marked as "Never".
       In progress. Paul will follow up with Abhijit at the same time he asks about the previous AI.
       In progress, expected to be done by next week.
     • June, Devika, and others:*Determine whether to inlcude jMaki in the single document about scripting into a single document and send the details to Paul.
       In progress, interested parties will make decision by April 30th.
     • Paul:* Update pubstool registration for Domain File Format Reference.
       Not started.
     • Paul:* Look at the man pages to see what properties are already doc'd there.
       Not started.
   • June: Add properties that can't easily be set using the CLI to the properties wiki page.
     Completed.
     • Paul:* Look into whether there will be an Upgrade and Migration Guide.

     • Paul:* Add to doc plan which documents are in EA.

2. Progress on writing assignments by feature
   • • June:* New Grizzly integration will require dotted name changes, man page changes, upgrade issues.
     • Paul:* Many v3 changes are either not in EA, or not complete and won't be doc'd.
     • June:* Still needs a schema for domain.xml. No word from engineering. Alan has directed that if we don't have the info, we don't deliver the Domain File Forma Reference, at least for EA.
3. Bug status
   • All open doc bugs for GlassFish v3.
