Meeting Notes

1. Review of AIs

    • June and others:* Contribute to the SolBook rules page.
Not Started. June expects to add information tomorrow (June 13).
  • Paul: Look at list of new features and propagate into the Glass Fish v3 User Task Analyses table.
Not Started. Paul expects to add this information at the end of next week.
  • Book owners: Look through your books, identify task brainstorming sessions that would affect your books, send list to Paul or add to the list.
In Progress. June has looked at the Developer's Guide and the Deployment Guide and has added the sessions that she identified to the list. Dixie has sent a list to Paul, Dixie and Paul will work together to winnow this list and ensure that the Admin Guide and OLH are consistent.
    • Book owners:* Add a link from each task in the task analysis page to the explanation of the task in the doc set.
If the task isn't going to be doc'd because it's out of scope, mark it as such; if the task is something we're going to doc but just haven't gotten to yet, leave as-is; we'll assess later whether items should be moved to the Community Docs wish list.
Done for all except Jersey, which is blocked awaiting granting of write-access to the wiki to Debbie.
    • Paul:* Find the pointer to man page guidelines and send it to the appropriate alias (not sure if they're inside or outside of the firewall).
Done. Information about guidelines inside the Sun firewall were sent to the members who are employed by Sun.
    • All:* Add items to the GlassFish v3 documentation quality assurance page.
      Not started.
    • All:*If you discover other issues with existing docs, send mail to Paul (with a URL if possible), so he can start keeping a running list of issues and areas for improvement.
      Not started.
