1. Review of AIs
   • • All by August 13, 2009:* Read the functional specification for each of your features and send to Paul any new man pages introduced by the feature that are not listed in the Man Pages Documentation Plan.
       Expired. Paul has obtained this information from the last promoted build.
2. Progress on writing assignments by feature
   • Didn't go through feature by feature. For the next couple of meetings the discussion will focus on the bundled docs: online help, man pages, bundled Quick Start Guide, etc.
   • Look at the man pages doc plan and make sure you're able to make the changes for the man pages you own in time for HCF. Contact Paul with any questions. Paul to provide pointer for Properties plan. (Update - Done)
   • October 9 is the deadline for last putbacks in the workspace for bundled docs, so they can get into the HCF build.
3. Bug status
   • Not discussed in detail. Will go through bugs individually next week and ask bug owners for status.
   • Paul will scrub the bugs against bundled docs and reassign as necessary. Suspects most are actually against unbundled docs.
   • HCF is looming. Now is the time to actively work your bugs.
4. FishCAT
   • Runs through 10/9. Testers will start with promoted build b65. Judy to send kickoff announcement.
   • FishCAT testers will be directed to the doc review page for doc instructions.
